Silver Rapids Lodge Resort Policies

Deposit:

A 50% deposit by credit card guarantees your reservation. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and DISCOVER.

Cancellations:

If you cancel your reservation 30 days or longer before your scheduled arrival date we will return your deposit, but there will be an 8% cancellation fee.  If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date, we will NOT refund your deposit. There are no refunds for early departures or no shows!

Payment Balance:

The balance of your stay is required upon check-in. You can pay by credit card, check, or cash.

Additional Guests:

Guests exceeding the base occupancy of each unit are considered extra guests and will require a $25/day fee.

Pet Policy:

Pets are allowed in our units. The charge for pets is $15/day. Pets are allowed in the Silver Rapids Campground with the following guidelines:

  • Pets must be on a leash and not left unattended
  • You must clean up after your pet
  • Pets are allowed on our vast private hiking trails located on the property

Special Needs:

Please let our staff know if you have special needs, i.e. need wheelchair accessibility or have limited walking ability upon making your reservations.

Guests are responsible for themselves, their children and their pets. Any damage to property belonging to Silver Rapids will be charged to your account, a credit card is required to be on file for incidentals.
